The short version: we only see what you send us when you ask about a stay, we use it to look after your booking, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
You can look at every stay without an account, a sign-up or a cookie banner, because the site sets no cookies for guests and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Like any website, our host Cloudflare briefly logs technical details of each visit (such as your IP address and browser) to keep the site fast and secure.
Stay pages show a Google map of the area and, for some stays, a Google Calendar of free dates. Those are loaded from Google, so Google's own privacy policy applies to them.
Reservations and questions happen over WhatsApp or email, which you start yourself. We then have what you send us: usually your name, your phone number or email address, the stay, your dates, how many guests, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use it only to answer you, arrange your stay and keep a record of the booking (the stay, the dates and a reference).
Those conversations stay in our WhatsApp and our email inbox (Gmail). We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your details with anyone except where your stay needs it, for example the dates with the property's own calendar.
Deposits are paid by Whish transfer from your own Whish app. We never ask for, see or store card numbers. We keep the transfer receipt you share with us as proof of payment.
The site has a private editing page for our own team. Staff sign in to it with Google, which tells us only their email address, so we can check it is on our list of allowed accounts. A sign-in cookie then keeps them signed in for up to 30 days. Guests never see or use this page.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by writing to [email protected] or messaging us on WhatsApp. We delete booking conversations we no longer need, and will do it sooner if you ask.
If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
